Bollocks i own a 2900xt 512mb with a lesser spec machine(amd5600/2gb-ddr2 800)and i beat all of your benchmarks by about 5%-10%
so i don't know what youve done but i recommend a fresh install of each driver when a card is changed and more important than that is DEFRAG.
