I agree with Steve. I am 35 but my thirst for games is as thirsty as a 15 year olds! Come on what are they talking about? If you are a gamer than it's in your blood. You can just outgrow it. It's like breathing you have to do it. :-)
DOOM3 gameplay sucked so hard. Only 3 or so levels were even worth playing. I didn't have the attention span to play the same objective over and over again... But at least it looked good.
David, what sucked on doom3 for sure wanst gameplay.. were u using a gamepad??....
Dont even understand how people make coments like these...
Anyway, like urmysin said, if ur a gamer, u will keep playing no matter the age, u grow up, but keep playing.
"Doom4 - Hell on Hearth" cant wait... XD
I can relate to David's comment about problems with DOOM 3 gameplay. I got so frustrated constantly switching back and forth between the flashlight and weapons that I quit the game early on and I haven't touched it again since.
It's really sad because other than the flashlight / weapons issue, I thought everything else about DOOM 3 was great, and it easily could have become a favorite of mine.
I am now counting down the days until this is released!
I was only 8 when Doom was released but when I first had experience of a DOS based PC (Amiga was first lol!) around 1995 I fell in love with that game!
I now even have Doom 1, Doom 2, TNT and Pluntonia on my Tytn 2! (Smartphone).
Why did they have to announce it now! I've got so long to wait! :(
I got very frustrated with doom 3 when I first played it. and did indeed give up on it. later on in a gaming lull i decided to fire it up again. I began to appreciate it more. In the end I thought it was well done and involved game. (heh in honesty, the movie should of stuck to the games story :p ).
Dooms folley was the old .. I JUST CHECKED THAT DAM CORNER WHY IS THERE NOW SOMETHING IN IT HITTING ME .. Grrr
