As far as I know, the dual external+internal feature to enable 3 monitor support isn't actually working yet, so they had to change their specs and back off from that feature. When it is working, you'll need a compatable video card (its a safe bet the only compatable ones will be ATI cards, and even then, it might only be new ATI cards) and you're likely to have to make some adjustments to its setup to enable it. The default behaviour is such that as soon as you plug a card into the AGP slot, the internal graphics are disabled.
And the nforce2 wasn't reviewed because it was an Intel only review, but it should still have been looked at or at least mentioned since this review was talking about integrated graphics. Other reviews I've seen put it ahead of this chipset.
