Intel's G2 (34nm) drives will support TRIM, the G1 (50nm) will not. That should have been mentioned on page one because it has a substantial impact on performance over the life of the drive.

Would have been good to include one 7200 RPM traditional drive and a raptor just for comparison. These drives all rock platters, so they're all pretty good.

I would advice you to test the Kingston V-series SSD if you want to include a JMicron based SSD. This is the only JMicron based SSD that doesn't have stutter problems because Kingston developed a special firmware for it.
