VIA Technologies this week announced its sales results for the just ended month. The company had to proclaim a yet another alarming decline in its revenues, but remained tight-lipped about the causes for such situation.
<%BANNER[article]%>On a sequential basis, VIA’s November’s revenue represents a 16.02% decrease over October’s figure of $57.7 million. November’s $48.451 million in revenue is also 29% lower compared to November 2002 and about 38% less than in the same period of 2001. VIA’s combined sales for eleven months ended is $551.04 million versus $682.56 a year ago and represents a decline of 19.27%.
A spokesperson for VIA Technologies had not returned a call for comments and elaborations on the company’s lowering financial results and the reason for sales declines by press time.
